**Job Description**:

- ️ Your main tasks would be as follows:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team, the Product Marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into impactful video content.
- Produce high-quality video content that effectively communicates key messages, highlights product features, and engages the target audience.
- Coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, equipment setup, and directing talent.
- Edit video footage, audio, and graphics using industry-standard editing software to create polished and professional videos.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual style across all video content.
- Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, and incorporate innovative techniques and technologies into projects.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

- Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating internal and external videos
- Experience in the B2B and/or the E-Commerce industry is a must.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience with camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording equipment is nice to have.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or another European language preferred.
