**Position Summary**:
As a HR Manager, you are responsible for leading and supporting HR initiatives across the Group’s European subsidiaries (excluding France).
The role ensures alignment with the Group’s HR strategy while adapting to the local context of each subsidiary. The position involves strategic, business and operational HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on building HR and managerial capabilities, support to the business growth, harmonizing managerial and HR practices, and supporting local leadership.
You’ll join a matrix organization with other HR Managers and representants of Group HR functions (HR Development, Compensation & benefits, Internal Communication & Sustainability)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic and business HR Leadership:Act as a trusted advisor to International Directors and local Managing directors and their leadership teams.Contribute to the design and translate Group HR strategy into actionable plans for European subsidiaries.Integrate new acquisitionsSupport organizational development (Org design, Org effectiveness, change management, and culture (performance, engagement,).Support business growthEnsure C&B competitiveness,Build HR budget with local leadershipLead HR Projects at Group level (Great Place to Work,etc )
- Talent & Performance Management/ Engagement:Drive performance review processes and people review and succession planning.Drive salary review processIdentify talent gaps and propose development plans with managers and local HR when present.Promote a culture of performance, feedback, recognition, and developmentFoster employee engagement and well-being at work.Support internal communication and HR branding initiatives.
- HR Compliance & Operational role:Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Group policies.Coordinate with local HR teams where they exist or payroll providers and lawyers, ensuring consistency and compliance.Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs across subsidiaries.Support audits and risk assessments related to HR and employment practices and implement corrective action plansManage complex employee relations issues in collaboration with local management.Provide hands-on HR support to subsidiaries without dedicated HR teams: ex: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives as needed.
**LOCATION**:Beynost, 15 min from Lyon (train available) or at one of our other sites.
**Profil**:
**Profile & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a multi-country HR role, ideally in a decentralized or matrix organization.
- Proven experience in accompanying and creating the conditions for success for commercial and business teams
- Understanding of European labor laws and HR practices.
- Ability to work across cultures and adapt to different business environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across European subsidiaries.(once every 2 weeks)
