**About The Team**:
The Customer Experience team at Crunchyroll works directly with the Crunchyroll customers and ensures that our customers' problems and feedback are being treated with care. Our CX team is located all over the world to serve our customers' needs in their desired language. At the moment, we have teams in Brazil, Dominican Republic, Moldova, Germany, El Salvador, Canada, and the U.S. As our main responsible Arabic Customer Support Agent, you would help us serve our Arabic customers in the best way possible and create a meaningful connection with them to make their experience at Crunchyroll one of the best.

**About You**:

- 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer service-related experience is mandatory;
- Very good written Arabic language skills (B2 level or better);
- Very good written French skills (B2 level);
- Speak very good English (B1/B2 level);
- Ability to work from 12 - 8 PM local time, Monday to Friday;
- Ability to manage large amounts of customer inquiries;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Desire to develop persuasion and perseverance qualities;
- Excellent ability to solve customer service issues and demonstrate passion for delivering a positive customer experience;
- Ability to demonstrate technical skills by assisting customers with device, connectivity, video streaming and other common issues;
- Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills, and an ability to stay calm and focused under pressure;
- Achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations ensuring accuracy and quality;
- Ability to execute - and help others execute - our policies and procedure;
- Ability to understand and use Customer Service and Company systems and understand and control of department functions and procedures;
- Ability to be a great team player by assisting your peers in a way that shows us you value collaboration and teamwork.
