Staff Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to help us take CSM (Cloud Security Management) to the next level.

CSM delivers a comprehensive cloud resource inventory, real-time threat detection, continuous configuration audits, identity risk assessments, and vulnerability management across your entire cloud infrastructure. All this is delivered in a unified platform for seamless collaboration and faster remediation across Security and DevOps teams.

As a Staff Engineer, you will drive and collaborate on projects both inside and outside CSM. You can expect to make key technical decisions and drive new projects in the context of our security products portfolio.

**What You'll Do**:

- Design and drive high-priority, high-visibility projects to increase product value.
- Provide technical leadership across one or several areas of the security portfolio.
- Lead and guide other engineers through architectural platform decisions.
- Identify potential system risks and design solutions to address them.
- Provide input on prioritizing engineering-led planning and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to design solutions for customer needs

**Who You Are**:

- You have a proven track record of executing and delivering cloud software solutions.
- You can design architectures to solve complex problems at high scale.
- You can get down to the low-level when needed.
- A fast learner who is able to pick up new ideas in software and security on the fly.
- Confident presenting your ideas and opinions in a manner that can be challenged, while responding well to feedback.
- You enjoy mentoring and coaching other engineers to become even stronger.
- You have a product oriented mindset and care deeply about the customer and the customer experience.
- (Plus) You have interest/experience working with or building security products.
