Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project **#IWorkForAllForGood** The Payroll Expertise Center Manager oversees the payroll process for all employees in France, ensuring deadlines are met (production of 3,200 pay slips, handling of mandatory declarations). **Responsibilities**: **Legislative and Conventional Monitoring**: - Monitors and applies legislative and conventional provisions impacting the payroll process (coordinates parameter change requests and testing). - Coordinates relationships with social organizations and operational HR (questions/answers). - Leads the Payroll Expertise Center team (team meetings, skill development, development interviews). **Implementation of Agreements and Practices**: - Implements agreements, social management practices, and legal or conventional rules. - Stays informed of labor law legislation and conducts necessary research. - Transmits data to the provider and validates parameter changes with the SAP Key User. - Adapts payroll to signed agreements (collective bargaining, agreements on social benefits) in collaboration with the SAP Key User. **Monthly Payroll Management**: - Ensures monthly payroll meets deadlines. - Guarantees the consistency of payroll results/charges, both employee and employer. - Enforces all payment deadlines (social security contributions, employee payroll) ensuring payments to social organizations and employee payrolls. - Improves the payroll process and establishes controls to ensure data reliability. - Manages employee sickness and insurance files effectively. - Handles contentious payroll issues. **DSN Salary Declarations**: - Ensures compliance with deadlines and quality requirements in collaboration with the Deputy Payroll Manager and the ADP Key User. **Payroll Process**: - Ensures smooth information flow across all process actors (Accounting, Treasury, Management Control, IT Department). **Internal Client Relations**: - Responds to operational HR inquiries and informs them of payroll-related changes. - Rejects requests not conforming to legal/conventional frameworks. - Maintains ongoing relations for payroll modifications, improvements, and developments with IT and the provider. - Controls and validates tests during parameter changes. **Relationship with Management**: - Alerts in case of anomalies affecting payroll production deadlines/quality. - Alerts in the event of management anomalies. - Actively participates in coordination meetings for the payroll process and expertise centers. - Actively participates in cross-functional projects/studies and implements recommendations. **Management**: - Recruits payroll managers as needed and ensures effective service operations. - Coordinates the activities of all payroll managers. - Optimizes and develops the skills of employees, motivates, and engages them. - Defines training needs in collaboration with the training department. - Organizes service and work meetings to keep the team updated on social developments and proposes improvement areas, organizes an annual employee expression meeting. **External Control**: - Responds to URSSAF and tax inspector requests and justifies results in case of disagreement. - Responds to all requests from labor inspectors, internal auditors, and statutory auditors. **Analysis**: - Prepares payroll/salary mass data for commission meetings with social partners. **Location**: Position based in Sablé sur Sarthe (factory) or Suresnes (headquarters). **Team**: Team comprised of 7 payroll managers and one Deputy Payroll Manager based in Sablé.
