This role is the Product Owner/Functional Analyst of the OMS solution that will be selected as part of EOS program. This role is under the responsibility of the OMS Senior Lead as part of the CoE (Center of Excellence) DT (Digital Technology) Petcare Team, to deliver OMS capabilities in collaboration with the Global and Local Business Leads (GPO/BPO), OMS Technical & Delivery teams, SAP S/4 Order to Cash team and OMS System Integrator. She/He will be driving Functional Analysis and Design of OMS, and accountable for understanding business requirements, coordinating with different teams and co-designing flexible and scalable Solution.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years’ Experience with an OMS platform
- Experience in the Order to Cash processes, ideally in digital environment.
- Knowledge of ERP capabilities is a plus
- Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious and capable of searching and rapidly learn new technical skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, proactive, manages multiple activities and priorities, and works well under pressure.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Gather and understand Business requirements
- Drive OMS Functional Analysis Workshops
- Responsible for the OMS Functional Solution Design
- Responsible for the coordination between different teams
- Understanding local and global process complexities
- Functional and Technical understanding of Order to Cash processes
- Participate in the OMS solution design
- Understand roadmaps and strategies for OMS development and evolution
- Actively support deployment teams in the rollout of the designed solution
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Global Security team, GPO and any other Mars DT team that need to be involved in the design and build discussion.
- Collaborate with the SAP Order to Cash team to ensure to have a robust end-to-end solution
- Collaborate with other components of the program (ex: Webshop, CRM, Pricing )
- Working with Global Stakeholders and Process in each service line
