Soft Skills Organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Good communication skills Team spirit, autonomy, and initiative-taking abilities **Requirements**: Flight dispatcher - airline operations agent training **Experience**: beginners accepted **Benefits**: Compensation based on profile Annual bonus equivalent to 1 month's salary 50% coverage of health insurance 50% coverage of transportation costs Overtime paid and compensated at an increased rate Work 39 hours per week, which is 169 hours in total. 17.33 hours are paid as overtime at a rate of 25%.
