**Missions**:
Votre rôle sera d’implémenter le contenu de nos 9 sites e-commerce et d’en être garant (catalogue / animation / opérations commerciales / e-merchandising), et de piloter les reportings e-business, afin d’identifier les forces et les faiblesses et d’appuyer des prises de décisions & recommandations stratégiques.

**1. E-STORE MANAGEMENT**
- Gestion du catalogue : implantation des produits et vérification de la disponibilité et de la conformité des assets (descriptifs, vidéos et visuels des fiches produits, cross-sells) en se synchronisant avec l’équipe production de contenu. Mise en ligne et recette.
- Mise en place du plan d’animation e-commerce : Homepages, Category pages, landing pages
- Mise en place des opérations commerciales
- Gestion de l’arborescence et des catégories produits
- Optimisation du E-merchandising

**2. ANALYSE DES PERFORMANCES COMMERCIALE**S
- Analyse des KPIs e-commerce (conversion, navigation, retours e-commerce, IDV, Panier moyen, etc) & analyses produits poussées (saison, genre, familles produits, etc) de manière hebdomadaire & mensuelle
- Analyse régulière du parcours client sur nos sites e-commerce avec Content Square & élaboration de la roadmap d’analyse
- Création & maintenance de dashboards automatisés de suivi des indicateurs de performance

**3. GESTION DE PROJETS**
- Participation au projet de migration du site en collaboration avec les E-store Managers et l’équipe transformation digitale, en particulier la phase de recette post livraison du projet, en s’assurant que les besoins métiers sont pris en compte.
- Implémentation de nouveaux outils & process dans une optique d’optimisation des tâches des E-store Managers : Page Designer, Einstein, connecteurs PIM x Salesforce, variation groups
- Implémentation de l’outil AB Tasty : élaboration de la roadmap d’AB tests en collaboration avec les E-store Managers et l’équipe transformation digitale. Suivi de la roadmap, implémentation, pilotage des analyses et des recommandations
- Participation à la stratégie SEO en collaboration avec l’agence, l’équipe trafic et l’équipe transformation digitale, et implémentation des recommandations

**Profil**:
Issu.e d'une formation supérieure en école de commerce ou équivalent, vous avez 2-3 ans d’expérience sur un poste de gestion d’un site e-commerce (webmerchandiser, e-store manager) avec des connaissances sur un CMS, idéalement Salesforce Commerce Cloud ou SFRA. Vous avez de l’expérience dans l’analyse de données, idéalement avec les outils Google Analytics, Content Square, Tableau, et une connaissance approfondie d’Excel. Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion de projets digitaux.
