We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at Instapro Group. In this role, you will be the primary recruiter for all customer service positions in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. You will from time to time be asked to help with other roles as well.
Your role includes the following:
- Partnering with hiring managers; creating and executing an effective hiring strategy per role and location
- Helping identify areas of improvement in the hiring process
- Using our ATS (Recruitee) effectively
- Helping build a strong employer brand (both online and offline)
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Customer service roles, ideally across multiple locations across Europe
- Experience hiring roles in other functions is a plus
- You have experience in partnering with hiring managers and executing recruiting strategies
- You understand that recruitment is not about how many screenings you do but about managing the entire recruitment process effectively
- You are fast-paced and can adapt to changing circumstances quickly
- You have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Dutch/French/German language skills are a plus
- You have experience using ATS systems (we use Recruitee)
