Technical Leader - Unified Console / Assurance Monitoring H/F

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Communication Technology Group (CTG) develops and delivers infrastructure and software solutions on Cloud infrastructures for the Communication Industry. Our clients are worldwide Telecom customers.

We are looking for a **Full Stack Technical Leader** with a proven knowledge and experience in Graphical User Interface and UX to join our development team in charge of the Unified Console. It is a web portal that provide a secure and unified access to our customer (administration, monitoring, operations, etc.). Tech Leader is in charge of driving technical thread on all aspect of GUI (frontend, backend, security, tests, maintenance) and assist Scrum Master in the definition of planning for the Frontend team.

We are looking for:

- Responsible for leading the GUI frontend team and developing reliable, cost effective and high quality GUI software in an agile team.
- Responsible for leading the GUI backend team and developing reliable, cost effective and high quality GUI servers software in an agile team.
- Good knowledge of modern web development based on Angular Framework and standard (NodeJS, AngularJS / Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript)
- Good knowledge of modern backend development based on Java/Scala Framework (Rest, etc..)
- Good knowledge in database (Cassandra, postgres, h2, couchdb,) and collection and mediation layer (Kafka)
- Good customer analysis and UX Skills to represent information. Prototype tools like Figma is a plus.
- Owns design, coding, unit / functional testing, integration and documentation activities (Mocha, Karma, Jasmine, Sphynx, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate product architectures and design proposals.
- Good knowledge of security and identity provider (SSO, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, TLS/SSL, Load Balancer)
- Ability to work with local and remote teams with agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe). Certification is a plus.
- Hands-on on Kubernetes environment (kubectl, helm, etc.)

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
