**Job Title**: Freelance Product Manager

**About the Role**:
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of product lifecycles, ensuring that each product meets both market needs and the business objectives of our clients. You’ll serve as the crucial link between business and IT, leading discovery, vision-setting, and delivery efforts to create products that drive meaningful impact. You’ll need a passion for efficiency, a strong business focus, and the willingness to dive deep into the work to get things done.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Needs Discovery: Lead user research, market analysis, and data synthesis to identify product opportunities.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product’s business requirements and develop roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to align on strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure product alignment and successful delivery.
- Agile Project Management: Manage backlogs, create user stories, and ensure timely execution of sprints.
- Impactful Products: Prioritize product decisions that align with the company’s Data and Green/Sustainability focus, ensuring both business success and social/environmental value.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in product management, especially in the data or sustainability sectors.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and balance strategic and hands-on tasks.
- Strong business acumen with an emphasis on delivering customer value.
- Passion for products that make a meaningful impact on society and the environment.
- Fluent in french and english

**Usual Tech Stack**:
Notion, Google Workspace, Suite Microsoft, ClickUp, Miro, Figma, Confluence, et Jira.

Knowledge of SQL and an engineering background is a strong advantage.
