- **Mission**:
Join us as a Front-End Staff Engineer to lead our Regate's team transition from monolith architecture to mono-repos, enhancing our product delivery by optimizing our front-end operations. Collaborate closely with Victor, our seasoned Staff Engineer, to elevate our testing frameworks and design systems across all front-end squads.

‍‍ **As a Front-End Staff Engineer for our Regate team, you will**:

- **Migrate** from a monolith to a mono-repo and adapt all the related architecture on Regate's product.
- **Develop** and enforce a robust testing framework that integrates QA from the initial stages of development.
- **Collaborate with the design team** to synchronize the coding design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- **Mentor and support mid-level and senior engineers**, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Regularly **review and optimize front-end code**, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Starting as a network engineer, he has evolved into a role where he excels at building and guiding teams that face and overcome large-scale challenges. His leadership style is characterized by a hands-on coaching approach, aiming to foster a structured yet innovative environment for delivering secure and reliable products. He is passionate about ultra endurance sports, which reflects his professional ethos of resilience, perseverance, and striving for excellence.

**About You**:

- You are proficient in React and TypeScript with a strong understanding of modern testing frameworks.
- You ideally have experience leading large-scale architectural transitions, such as from monolith to mono-repos.
- You are an excellent communicator able to mentor and elevate a team of skilled developers.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
