**THE ROLE**:
Under Head of Network and Telecom responsibility in IT Operations department, Unified Communications Product Owner is part of Network Operations Team, in charge of VoIP, Contact Center and Video-Conferencing Infrastructures/Solutions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**As Product Owner for Unified Communications, you are**:
Accountable for Unified Communications infrastructure and solution Production in strong partnership with Global Network Production Manager

Accountable of Unified Communications projects to be sure that they are delivered respecting Time, Costs and Quality

**In this context, you are responsible for**:
Definition of Unified Communications Roadmap

Functional management of Unified Communications project and expertise team

High-Level Design and Migration strategy definition

Migration or operation plan definition, validation and/or coordination

Business needs and request qualifications - Functional requirements and technical specifications definition

**Critical incidents and problems management**: technical analysis, coordination in incident resolution, RCA

Change management, coordination and technical requests management

Obsolescence, capacity and vulnerabilities management

Configuration Audit and Continuous Improvement Plan management

You are strongly involved in current Unified Communications Transformation projects:
**Stream 1 - PSTN Connectivity Evolution**: Replace Local telephony access with Regional Telephony Hub

**Stream 2 - New Device Policy and Standard Definition**: Replace Hardphones by Softphones and Meeting rooms video-conferencing Renovation, Standardization and Deployment

**Stream 3 - UC Solution Refundation**: Replace and Unify Enterprise Telephony solution for all CMA CGM employees - Customer Care Modernization

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master or Bachelor Degree in Telecom / Network Engineering or related field

You have more than 8 years of experience in Unified Communications Production and Operations

Network technical skills are required

Good knowledge of servers, virtualization, Cloud will be appreciated

You bring a good leadership, you are curious, autonomous, have a good capacity to communicate

You are resistant to stress and have a strong team spirit

You have ideally a significant experience on some of the following technologies:
**ToIP**: Microsoft Teams, Direct routing, SIP, H323, Audiocodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Unity Connection, Attendant Console, SME, Expressway, Voice Gateway, Jabber

**Contact Center**: Nice CXone, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Finesse

**Videoconferencing**: CVI (Bluejeans, PexIP), MTR

**LAN/WIFI**: Switching/Routing

SD-WAN VeloCloud

**Filtering/VPN/IPS**: Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet

**User Proxy and Remote Access**: Zcaler ZIA and ZPA
