**About the role**
- As a Simulation Service Owner, you will ensure the smooth running of the services we deliver and be committed to respect SLA with our internal customers.
- You will be accountable for:

- Service management: manage end to end delivery, define the targets and monitor the performance of the service (SLA, KPI definition and follow up) ; critical incident/problem management and escalation; drive continuous service improvement
- Project management: participate in the different projects linked to the industrial, DT technology evolution and security/regulations; manage the projects linked to the simulation scope
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode in Europe, preferably near Lyon, Paris or Lisbon..

**About you**
- Relevant education degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree.
- Relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years in Simulation domaine or IT services
- Competencies:

- IT Solution, Server and Windows environment
- Wide simulation culture in various fields: Process Engineering (Ansys, Digimat, Aspen Engineering, etc ), CFD, FEA, Molecular Modeling, Chemistry,
- Project Management / Budget management
- Service definition & management
- Behaviors:

- Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills
- Achievement drive
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, communicate effectively; collaboration, trust and support each other to better succeed collectively
- Accountability for everything we do

**About the pay and benefits**

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the France base pay reasonably expected for this role is 52000€ to 63000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
