You will be responsible for and take the lead in the following areas:

- Operating and maintaining the e-commerce platform in operational conditions, including monitoring the daily e-commerce RUN
- Batch plan monitoring
- Production of meteos and KPIs: steering and execution of related improvement plans
- Web performance monitoring
- Coordination of operations team actions
- Manage and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Management of documentation and procedures (updates)
- Definition of procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Definition of the elements making up the production repository
- Follow-up of incidents and business requests on the e-commerce platform.
- Manage communication between the various e-commerce players (business units, customer service, stores, etc.).
- Response to crisis situations and associated communications.
- Response to incidents and requests in compliance with SLAs
- Follow-up of supplier escalations
- Drafting and organization of escalations to development teams,
- Site administration in connection with various business and development requests
- Follow-up of security alerts
- Monitoring of various site partners and suppliers (supervision of associated SLAs).

As part of the site's optimal operation and continuous improvement process, you will also be responsible for:

- Developing the site's alerting and monitoring strategy to guarantee operational excellence
- Improving request processing and site administration processes (e.g. marketing tag management).

As part of your close working relationship with the DevOps team, you will also be involved in the following projects:

- Management of e-commerce platform cloud environments
- Manage e-commerce ecosystem environments (Dev, PreProduction, Production)
- Manage versioning and history of deployed software components
- Cloud infrastructure management for the platform
- Maintenance and versioning of infrastructure assets
- Track associated costs
- Set up and maintain the continuous integration chain for the e-commerce ecosystem
- Implementation of deployment pipelines
- Implementation of Build controls
- Maintenance and deployment of automated tests
- Carrying out performance tests integrated into the deployment chain

Finally, you are in charge of managing and developing the digital RUN team (2 internal and 2 external)
- Define objectives and evaluate them, while providing feedback with a view to improvement and progress.
- Develop the team's skills
- Supervise the team's work
- Technical and managerial support
- Support for employee development (technological and business skills, interpersonal skills, career planning), construction of their training plan, and implementation of collective development plans.
- Arbitration of the team's workload and of the resources needed to ensure the smooth running of the various activities

- Very good knowledge of WEB infrastructures and associated issues
- Very good knowledge of operating issues associated with an e-commerce site
- Knowledge of Cloud infrastructures (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
- Shell skills: Unix
- First experience of operating an environment orchestrated on Kubernetes
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of nosql databases such as ElasticSearch or MongoDB
- Mastery of Postman tools (or equivalent) in the context of the use of Webservices
- Knowledge of an APM tool (Dynatrace, App Dynamics, New Relic or other)
- Knowledge of microservices architectures would be a plus
- Professional English **essential**
