Continuous Improvement Leader

As a **Continuous Improvement Leader M/W** you will organize and coordinate the site's project management activity on improvements of facilities, equipment’s, processes, organizations, and flows.

Position is based in Saint Just en Chaussée.
You will report to Director of the Site.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Deploy the implementation of a continuous improvement approach and standards in the long term.
- Develop a culture of change and a culture of safety as well as train staff (Design training modules )in continuous improvement tools: LSS, TPS, 5S, 4DX.
- Propose axes of improvement and estimate the costs (budget, time...) related to the other support services.
- Propose / manage improvements site layout and site flows.
- Look for techno-economic solutions to optimize the costs of operations (decrease the consumption of raw materials, decrease labor costs...).
- Manage, monitor and prioritize continuous improvement projects and site projects.
- Monitor and improve monitoring tools and performance indicators of the site (dashboards, graphs...).
- Participate in the design and choice of implementation of productive equipment.
- Participate in modernization projects of the site as well on tools (adaptation to new products, ergonomics...) as on organizations and flows to reduce the costs via improvement of the productive and qualitative performance.
- Generalize and deploy the good practices of the group and the local ones in the activities of the site
- Participate in the design of product ranges and nomenclatures of products, define the procedures and the operations records.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Higher education Bac +5 (engineering type) in a technical field, chemistry or Food industry.
- First experience in business in the field of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement (minimum 3 years obligatorily with full management of workshops on continuous improvement)
- Management aptitude
- Project management skills (Planning, budgeting, tracking, dashboard...)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as: Lean, Six-Sigma, TPS, 4DX, problem solving, 5S,...
- IT skills: Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), for Excel expert level required. Eventually statistical tools as Minitab
- fluent French & English required
