**Technical Leader SAS Marketing**

**Contexte de la mission**:
Mission « Technical Leader SAS Marketing »:

- Recueil et formalisation des besoins métiers
- Conception / développement SAS
- N2/N3 pour les incidents en production
- Contribution au pilotage de l’activité

**MISSIONS**

Prendre en charge un ensemble d’évolutions sur les applicatifs Marketing
- Le patrimoine applicatif préexistant est conséquent
- Il y aura un relationnel à établir avec
- Le Métier Marketing
- Les Conseils Métiers et Projets
- Les équipes de production pour les incidents et les mises en production
- Les équipes de développement SAS
- Les autres Centres de Solutions

**Définition des taches**:

- Recueil et formalisation des besoins métiers**
- Compréhension des enjeux métier
- Recueil des besoins
- Proposition de solutions en maximisant la réutilisation du patrimoine applicatif
- Validation et conception fonctionnelle détaillée de la solution
- Devis / planning
**- Conception / développement SAS**
- Conception technique
- Réalisation, suivi et validation des développements
- Mise en production
- En direct ou après délégation
**- N2/N3 pour les incidents en production**
- Traitement des incidents en production et rattrapage de données
- Correction des développements et re-livraison en production si nécessaire
- Communication de l’avancement et de la résolution
- En direct ou après délégation

**Profil / compétences**:

- Expérimenté
- Connaissances Marketing et du Marketing Opérationnel
- Capacité à faire exprimer et formaliser un besoin métier
- Capacité à piloter un portefeuille de demandes et suivre leur réalisation
- Capacité à comprendre la logique applicative et l’articulation avec le métier
- Capacité à rédiger des spécifications
- Capacité à déléguer les développements à une équipe tierce
- Capacité à prendre directement en charge les développements
- Capacité à comprendre l’architecture du SID Marketing et le faire évoluer en fonction des besoins métiers
- Capacité à prendre en charge des incidents et/ou coordonner leur résolution
- Expertise SAS (SAS Base, SAS Macro, SAS SQL, SAS DB2,. ), maitrise des outils SVN, Confluence, JIRA et ServiceNow
