About the job:
The United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC) is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer with strong Business Analyst capabilities to support the implementation and maintenance of both ongoing and new automation projects. The consultant will play a key role in the development and design of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions, ideally with hands-on experience across the entire UiPath product suite, including UiPath Test Suite and Agentic Automation.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop Intelligent Automations aligned with industry best practices and UNICC’s internal frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify, document, and transform business requirements into automated solutions.
- Facilitate and review Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Engage in all phases of the automation lifecycle: prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases, and gather test data to implement automated testing through UiPath Test Suite.
- Provide post-deployment support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hypercare phases.
- Support end users and business teams in resolving issues related to live automated processes.
- Conduct workshops to analyze manual processes and determine their automation potential and suitability.
- Communicate technical findings and future-state designs clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements are accurately documented and ready for development handoff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, in line with the role.

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience in UiPath development**, including end-to-end project leadership.
- Minimum **3 years of experience creating PDDs and SDDs**specifically for UiPath platforms.
- Strong background in process analysis, solution design, and effort estimation.
- Excellent understanding of automation frameworks, technologies, and analysis tools.
- Experience with **API integration and testing**tools such as MuleSoft, Postman, or Swagger.
- Familiarity with infrastructure best practices including performance tuning and security configurations.
- Ability to consult and advise on optimal HyperAutomation solutions for clients.

**Preferred Technical Skills**:

- Practical experience with **UiPath Test Suite**and **Agentic Automation**.
- Awareness of the latest innovations in the HyperAutomation space.
- Exposure to **Agile project management frameworks**.
- Strong interest in continuous professional growth and high-quality delivery.
