**Job Overview**:
Our client, a global leader in consulting and professional services, is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst with expertise in CRM systems (specifically Salesforce) to join their dynamic team in Monaco.

The role requires a strong background in the banking industry and, ideally, knowledge of funds management. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to support key business initiatives while collaborating with a team of professionals. The position involves a hybrid working arrangement, with 50% of the time spent on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- CRM System Expertise: Leverage advanced experience in Salesforce and, ideally, to analyse, design, and implement CRM solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Business and Functional Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into actionable system solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive process enhancements by understanding current challenges and proposing efficient solutions that improve both user experience and operational workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business units, and project teams to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of CRM solutions.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Experience in CRM Systems: Strong experience with Salesforce CRM is required, and Avaloq knowledge is highly desirable.
- Banking Background: Proven experience in the banking industry is essential, with a deep understanding of banking processes, compliance, and financial products.
- Funds Knowledge: Prior experience or understanding of funds management will be a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM integration, business process re-engineering, and system optimization techniques.
- Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as you will be working closely with French-speaking stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess business needs, analyse problems, and design solutions that address key challenges.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
