**Job Description**:
**Scope of work**:
The onsite personnel shall speak French language fluently (preferred as mother tongue) which is the basis for oral communication.
A good level of English is required (most of the documentation and procedures are in English, as well as the communication with the back office support teams).
The shift pattern will be adapted by prior local agreement between the Service Provider and ADS based on the end Customer requirements.
Providing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities and FSTDO requirements on site.
Supporting the Airbus Manager for scheduling and meetings as required.
Supporting the Central Support Services area activities.
Supporting the Material Management processes.
Providing and supporting management of Spares and Repairs Management processes.
Supporting the Obsolescence Management processes.
Managing the record, monitor and report of Quality for each devices.
Maintaining each device Configuration Management processes.
Managing the MySim and administration tools.
Providing on-site assistance, when required, to the users and Airbus personnel
**Tasks and responsabilities**:
Assigning and supervising of maintenance tasks to technicians, providing them with support and monitoring
Reporting the incidents occurred in the operation or maintenance of the simulator
Developing proposals for modifications of the simulator and supervising their implementation
Reviewing documentation associated with simulator discrepancies Ensuring compliance with the scheduled maintenance plan
Keeping control and reviewing documentation related to scheduled maintenance
Managing and documenting control of hardware and software configuration of the simulator
Providing logistics support for maintenance and reparations of the simulator (requisition of necessary materials, management of spare parts stock, etc.)
Managing the planning of sessions of the simulator and providing necessary support to simulator users
Performing all the tasks required for the annual certification of the simulator
Reviewing the IT tools used for the maintenance and operation of the simulator
Preparing reports including quality indicators of maintenance and operation of the simulator
Facilitating visits to the simulator
Additional Information
Desirable at least 2-4 years as simulator maintainer or related tasks but not mandatory.
Other considerations:
To have official academic titulation. Bachelor degree, University diploma or similar to be able to apply.
To have French as a mother language. English B2-C1 necessary. Others languages are a plus
