End-to-end Supply Planner

**Overview**:
As part of the End-to-End Supply Planning Europe Stationery team, as **End-to-End Junior Supply Planner** you will report to the Senior Supply Planner. You will manage the production from BIC Plants as well as the copacking activity and the distribution planning to European markets (10 warehouses to deliver according to customer demand in 25 countries) and export.

**Main responsabilities**:
**PRODUCTION PLANNING**
- Work closely with regions to consolidate the demand / purchase signals, to understand mid-long term business trends and evolutions
- Build and align with the factory on the weekly production plan (short term). Monitor the accomplishment of the plan and challenge the factory when necessary
- Prepare supply review meeting: define the optimal medium-long term production plan in order to balance inventory and to mitigate shortages, taking into consideration factory constraints and business expectations such as machines bottlenecks or summer closures
- Drive the monthly supply review meeting (IBP) to validate the optimal medium-long term production plan
- Ensure the optimal management of the life cycle of references by participating in projects related to the launch and the discontinuity of products

**DEPLOYMENT & COPACKING**
- Process shipments from factories to hubs
- Launch weekly co-packing work orders according to various constraints such as component availability, promotion anticipation or load at the co-packing centers
- Manage weekly distribution from the 2 European hubs to the 8 local European distribution centers and export

**INVENTORY, PERFORMANCE & ANALYSIS**

With the support of the Senior planner:

- Prepare IBP Europe monthly meeting by building mid & long-term supply constraints and associated scenarios
- Ensure smooth and timely communication on short-term constraints with STPA, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Logistics teams and other regions to maximize service level (OTIF) & limit out-of-stock impact
- Optimize bulks & finished goods inventory levels in all European warehouses and define action plans for overstock reduction such as unpacking of co-packed item or stock rebalancing
- Leverage planning tools parameters such as safety stock, leadtimes or supply frequency to adapt to supply chain constraints
- Follow and monitor production adherence from factory. Lead or participate to various projects such as change of sourcing, transfer of lines, MOQ optimization
- Lead or participate to IT enhancements of the planning tools (Blue Yonder, Anaplan) & the ERP (JDE)

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering or Supply Chain specialization (Master)
- Fluent French and English
- Skilled with numbers and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong interest for Excel, ERP and planning tools
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and strong team player
- A first experience in planning (Demand or Supply) or Business Analyst related jobs will be considered as a plus
