**FIXED-TERM CONTRACT : HR Specialist - payroll and ADP M/F/d**:

In this position, you will be responsible for the payroll and personnel administration of a given population. You will report to the Personnel Administration and Payroll Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide payroll and personnel administration support to the HR community, managers and employees.
- Monitor the accuracy of the payroll.
- Prepare information and documents for external agencies.
- Support other members of the local payroll team or shared expertise center.
- Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in HR systems.

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 2 years of higher education with at least 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of French payroll/legislation essential.
- Good ability to use computer tools.
- Knowledge of SAP (HR module) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Decidium would be a plus.
- Good level of English and fluent French required.
- Required qualities: autonomy, strength of proposal, rigor, interpersonal skills, dynamism, teamwork, customer orientation.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
