**MAIN MISSION**

The mission of our Business Division (BD), Technology and Technical Support (T&TS), is to propose to our clients sustainable solutions, which are also efficient in terms of technologies / process, catalysts / adsorbents, equipment / modules and services for the whole domains Axens is involved in (Petrochemicals production & purification, Oil & Biomass Hydroprocessing & conversion,, Gas and Water Treatment, CO2 capture). T&TS Business Division is responsible for the performance achieved in Axens client’s units and for maintaining the competitiveness of our offer in a very challenging market and during the energy transition period. Technologist position is at the crossroads of Axens core jobs, mixing technical support to sales, partnership of the performance of our Clients and piloting R&D actions to ensure our long-term competitiveness.

In the Product Line Global Technical Support Transformation, we are leading the digital transformation of our technical assistance to build stronger relationship with our clients. The core activity to reach the success of our transformation is to train, support and motivate our technical teams on our digital tool Connect’In ®. In addition of ensuring this support to our Technologists, the promotion of Connect’in ® to our customers is a key activity, by maintaining updated the marketing support in line with all the new development done internally

This activity falls within the framework of Axens' ambition to become a truly digital company. Our objective is to connect more than 1000 units around the world, by ensuring a good coordination in the project and being in support for all the technologies, and all the subsidiaries.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**

To support the operational teams, the activities will be:

- Training of the new users (unit deployment and use of Connect’in® and its different functionalities)
- Assistance for unit deployment (Model creation, graphic interface creation, What-if-tools setting)
- Support and maintenance of the operability of the models and the interfaces
- Improvement of the digital content of the unit interface in the frame of Axens’ digital transformation

To ensure the promotion of Connect’in® to our Customers, the main activities will be:

- Update the Connect’in® general presentation and the one per technology taking into account all the new developments
- Support the technologists during customer meetings.
- Proactivity to plan and promote Connect’in ® to our Customers
- Creation of multimedia support and participation to seminar/conferences and tutorials.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

You have validated advanced scientific studies such as engineering, allowing you to understand the different technologies of Axens portfolio.

You have a strong aptitude for data management

You are good in communication and available to adapt your language to the technical level of your stakeholders.

A good level of English is fundamental for this position.
