As **Global Business Process Owner** for Forecast to Produce, you will lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of end-to-end manufacturing processes across Ipsen’s global network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, monitor and continuously improve Ipsen's end-to-end business processes within the Forecast to Produce domain.
- Act as the single point of accountability for global process design, deployment, and performance.
- Collaborate with business and IT to define priorities, align on roadmaps, and ensure seamless process implementation and optimization.
- Promote global standardization and process harmonization aligned with Life Sciences best practices.
- Establish and lead governance structures, including business communities and key user networks.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and integration across other process streams.
- Define and track performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and execute action plans.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining up-to-date process documentation and compliance.
- Manage change initiatives through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders in a matrix organization.

**Profile**:

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (S/4HANA), integration tools and Business process management platform (Aris, Bizagi, Signavio, Visio, )
- Strong knowledge in Manufacturing Execution systems (Pharma Suite Rockwell) and operational technologies (OT) environments
- Master’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Analytics or Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong experience in Life Science companies and GMP environment, including business process ownership
- Proven leadership in global process transformation and program management.
- Effective in stakeholder management and influencing across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
- Experience in consulting or IT-business alignment is an asset.
