**Your Role**
- Sales responsible for South France
- Contribute to the definition of annual objectives (turnover and product mix) and to the development of commercial policy (sectors of activity to be preferred, sales quota, etc.) with the Business Line Manager;
- Implement and carry out actions that will achieve the objectives set by the division (turnover, volume, profit, market share);
- Ensure the support and training (sales, strategy & product) of the entire direct and indirect team;
- Monitor all ongoing cases, assist indirect sales representatives in order to obtain the objectives as well as the expected penetration of the products concerned, or during the introduction of new products;
- Monitor the results of the sales sector and make proposals for improvement;
- Anticipate and carry out the commercial actions necessary to maintain the sales dynamic;
- Monitor our market shares and customer portfolio;
- Management of the distribution network and guide future actions;
- Promote inter-divisional and internal communication
- Collect and report information on the evolution of customer requirements;
- Maintain and send monthly the various Direct & Indirect dashboards
- Contribute to research and identify the causes of discrepancies between forecasts and achievements in margins, volumes and market share;
- Propose and implement measures to reduce gaps.
- Assist in the settlement of disputes;
