Within the International HR teams, supporting global strategy and group support, you will join the Transversal Tech HR department.

The role of Global HR Business Partner Online Service is to support the VP HR Transversal Tech in nurturing and developing talent within their teams, focusing on:
**HR Processes**:

- Coordinate HR processes across multiple locations, collaborating with on-site HR leaders to ensure proper maintenance respecting Group policies & deadlines.
- Provide visibility to Online Services Directors regarding HR processes applicable to their teams (HR Operations, WFH, etc.).
- Coordinate employee listening programs, analyze results for Online Services.
- Lead the Online Services HRBP network: share HR Road Map, highlight priorities, motivate strategic projects, and share successes.
- Centralize information on the LTI process for visibility and action planning for OS SVP.
- Gather KPIs related to salary reviews post-implementation in local countries.

**Organization Design**:

- Participate in designing optimal organizational structures.
- Define relevant job families and competencies in collaboration with HR Development teams and Group COEs.
- Implement the grading system within the OS organization.
- Validate job titles when necessary.

**Talent Development**:

- Manage talent reviews and development plans for domain teams.
- Identify succession planning needs for critical roles.
- Facilitate mobility and job rotations to develop talent and future leaders.
- Partner with global HR Centers of Expertise to design innovative programs.
- Provide visibility on domain career paths linked to the Transversal Tech team.
- Develop technical career paths to maintain competency levels.
- Manage international mobility arbitration and tracking.
- Contribute to data quality culture and KPI development with local HRBPs for people dashboards.
- Ensure HR tools and processes are updated and synchronized with the latest job referential.
- Ensure management has access to key data (D&I, attrition, mobility, promotions, WFH).

You will collaborate with HR Transversal Excellence, Development teams, Group COEs, and key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Senior HR Manager experience in an international environment is required.

This role also requires:
