**About the role**:
As a Culture & Engagement Specialist, you will ensure that your PhantomBuster colleagues are engaged, motivated, well, and able to grow through various projects and activities. As a remote-first company, we think building and taking care of people's relationships and engagement is crucial. You will report to our Head of People and work closely with our HR Generalist and Talent Partner.

**What you will be doing**:

- Planning all company gatherings, including offsites, team meetups, executive retreats, etc., some of them possibly out of France
- Planning all company remote events
- Taking initiatives to maintain and increase overall team members' engagement: celebrations, company culture boosting, rewarding initiatives, company kick-offs, etc.
- Managing the entire Onboarding process for all new joiners and leading the Cultural Onboarding part of it. Improving the process, if necessary
- Leading the People Engagement Surveys, analyzing their results, internal and external communication, and designing the action plans with various stakeholders (Managers, Employees, Works Council, People Team )
- Putting in place and monitoring KPIs regarding People engagement, communication, and CSR
- Supporting the HR Team in various projects and initiatives (Employer Branding, Internal Communication, )

**You will be a good match if**:

- You have at least four years of experience in event management and working on HR/People-related projects
- You are proficient in English (written & spoken)
- You are a natural project manager; you excel in project planning, monitoring, and reporting
- You are a good listener, and you love working hand-in-hand with different team
- You are a facilitator who loves bringing people together and helping them work toward a mutual goal
- You are attentive to details, dynamic, reactive professional, and you know how to work autonomously
