WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Store Operations Manager for our new Boutique Paris Montaigne. The Store Operations Manager is a key role that ensures stockroom and product organization is maximized to increase store productivity and shortening the waiting time. As well Guarantee the safety of products and valuable materials in Back of House. Ensure compliance with administrative rules and procedures. As well as a 360 vision of the boutique and closely works with the Store Manager/ Director to organize all daily activities.

**Product Handling**:
Maximize BOH team productivity, ensure deliveries are handled within the day, and providing support to improve performance
Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
Review compliance & productivity levels and re-address performance or develop alternative methods and solutions that will improve key metrics
Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner
Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles
Guarantee all shipping and receiving and paperwork distribution for inter-store transfers, RTVs and damages, consignments and transfers or deliveries to other locations, and in case of PR/Visual deliveries, store materials, supplies
Monitoring the level of the no core material (eg. Packaging, stationary, client tools)
Ensure the respect of custom rules for the shipments
Manage Staff uniforms (fitting, order, remittance, alterations, dry cleaning, and spare uniforms
Support shipments to clients for distant sales and consignment and manage the whole process including returns.

**Inventory**:
Leading the store cycle count and fiscal inventory, negatives items and sales order monitoring working collaboratively with the HQ operations and store management team
Managing inventory efficiently, ensuring high standards on ticketing
Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies
Respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.

**Customer service**:
Assist the team members in managing all delicate situations regarding sales activities or after sales (boutique returns, customer returns, repairs, complaints), ensuring the respect of Company procedures regarding sales and after sales processes

**Team coaching**:
Making sure that digital systems and tools and personal user are properly used, and pointing out potential

**Omnichannel**:
Ensure the omnichannel process is thoroughly followed up according to the agreed service level and suggest improvements where needed

**Security & maintenance**:
Participate in store maintenance
Participate in windows set-up
Guarantees warehouse maintenance to make the furnishings, machineries, and all tools as efficient as possible

**Requirements**:
French and English Profeciency
Previous experience in stock/operations role and leading a team.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail/ retail
Must have experience in Ready to Wear and Accessories
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Must be a team player
Flexible to retail schedule and hours
