The security team includes SOC, compliance and OffSec engineers all working together to find the best way to fix security weaknesses (we are under perpetual red team attacks, audit reviews and compliance assessments to sharpen our radar). Our goal is to find innovative solutions to solve IT security issues, adapted to business needs.
Above all of that, our main purpose is automation: we have extensive usage of scripting languages and SecDevOps technologies. If a bot can do it, we are better off having fun on interesting topics or, obviously, afterworks.
Moreover, our code is open and shared with the community in order to help others and get feedback.
**TASKS**:
- As an Operational Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the Veepee’s Information Systems and Data on a day-to-day basis. You will work in the IT Security team and with other VeepeeTech teams to identify and remediate security weaknesses, incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with VeepeeTech teams to ensure security is integrated into Products and Tribes;
- Identify attack paths and collaborate with the internal red team to test and remediate weaknesses;
- Stay up-to-date on emerging Cybersecurity Threats and trends, and implement recommendations, security best practices and technologies;
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities in a timely manner;
- Design and implement the security architecture for the company's Information Systems;
- Fix your targets, report your activities, define and follow steps to reach our objectives and help the team to skill up;
- Spread IT security spirit across technical and business teams in accordance with operational and day-to-day constraints.
**MUST HAVE skills**:
- The most important thing is motivation Enthusiastic, motivated and naturally curious profiles who want to learn and improve the IT security maturity of veepee;
- Experience with security incident response and vulnerability management;
- Architecture and Dev(Sec)Ops skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Management experience would be a plus;
- Language: French, English professional.
