**Your role**:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our EMEA Regional Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Manager. As responsible for market research and data management, you are to design, execute and manage research projects that provide valuable insights into customer behavior and market trends, using a range of research techniques.

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data and voice of customer to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the regional strategy and decision-making.

To excel in this role, you should have a combination of analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

You will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, building business cases for coating, industrials, and cosmetic market segment in B2B for our broad portfolio and focusing on EMEA region.

Part of the role is to back up coordination process in ERP for marketing tools. It is nice to have if you have knowledge in coating, packaging, or cosmetics industry.

**Who you are**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational marketing, marketing research, data management, or a related field.
- Structured way of working with strong operative skills
- Strong data management and analytical skills, including proficiency with statistical software, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data visualization techniques
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights and market trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including market segment marketing managers, sales, laboratory and product development
