Apprenticeship Marketing Assistant

Reporting to both, Events Manager & Market Research Manager, your role you will have 2 aspects:
**1 - Events (70% of your time)**

You will support the Events Manager to deploy 230+ events for all singles across Europe, for our European brand portfolio (including but not limited to Meetic, Match, OurTime, DisonsDemain ), and will have the following responsibilities:

- Day-to-day monitoring of planned events (registrations, CRM campaigns, promotion)
- Analyze past events, fill or create reports
- Be proactive in proposing activities & partners delivering top-notch quality events for singles across Europe, search partners, suppliers & locations
- Support the organization of Special Events & Partnerships (current examples: PRINTEMPS, NRJ, etc.)
- Help on-site when necessary

**2 - Market Research (30% of your time)**

You will be involved in the development of key Market Research projects for the Group, and will have the following responsibilities:

- Set up and launch quantitative or qualitative studies with the Marketing or Product teams (advertising tests, 1-1 or focus group interviews, UX-UI tests, member surveys, etc.).
- Communication between internal teams and research institutes
- Data formatting (powerpoint, excel)
- Active participation in drafting analyses and summarizing results (in English)
- Cross-sectional analyses from existing studies/in-house database

**Your profile**:

- Ideally, you study marketing, communication or media studies with a focus on Events and/or Market Research.
- You are eager to become a project manager master and your skills include organization, anticipation, autonomy, proactivity, reliability.
- You want to develop a user-centric approach: working on the development of customer experiences, with a results & data oriented mindset.
- You have a Hands-On mindset: ability to navigate between strategic considerations, and the on-site hands-on delivery of top-notch experiences for singles.
- You must be fluent in English and have a good knowledge of French.
- A first experience in Events and/or Market Research is a plus.
