Role Purpose
The EMEA MAC Operations Manager role will provide regional operational oversight, people management, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and performance tracking/reporting for the MAC program, working in close partnership with key stakeholders in the Organization.

Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC)
Operations
Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and performance evaluation for MAC specialists with Program Team and IFM managers.
Provide oversight and leadership for local and regional MAC operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines, such as Occupancy Planning (OP), Space Data Management (SDM), Engineering, Soft Services, Amazon Corporate & Prototype Security (ACS-PS), Design and Construction (D&C) and IT.
Track MAC performance against established KPIs
Coordinate and support client engagement and client feedback action items.
Coordinate regional annual update for GREF Directory and Evacuation Site Plans
Management
Collaborate with IFM managers and Program Team to ensure seamless integration of MAC operations within the IFM program.
Provide training and development for MAC specialists while overseeing new joiner development plans.
Mentor and coach MAC specialists to enhance their skills, capabilities, and career development.
Manage relationships with move vendors, ensuring effective coordination with MAC specialists and timely implementation of vendor deliverables, maintaining quality control and adherence to internal policies and processes.
Process Optimization
Continuously evaluate and streamline processes and procedures
Work with Program Team to Identify opportunities for enhancement for MAC operations
Work with program team to Implement strategies and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of the MAC program
