We are looking for a Multinational Network Practice Leader to boost and take ownership of our end-to-end cross-functional relationships with assigned network partners across France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy & our partners in our growth markets (ie. AGCS, AZ Operating Entities and external network partners) for MidCorp and LargeCorp Multinational business.

Our Allianz Multinational team is experiencing a period of exciting and intense growth to boost our international insurance programme offering. We aspire to be recognized as a market leader in the provision of international insurance solutions, both in terms of our product range and service competence.

**The Impact You Will Have**

You will join the growing team of Multinational Network and Market Practice Leaders and report to the Head of Global Network Management for Multinational. Based in Paris, you will proactively engage with all network partners (whether AZ OEs or external partners), ensure outstanding client delivery, drive for continuous improvement of performance, processes, overrider management and Allianz’ technical expertise.

With an eye to the future, you will help AGCS achieve strategic network partnerships, for example creating dual partner strategies and bilateral agreements.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**:

- Implementing an overarching network management strategy, enhancing relationships with all network parties, but also with Allianz SE and global broker teams
- In addition, supporting Multinational Market Practice Management to boost broker engagement and work with Distribution to develop new business, prepare tenders and maintain the multinational pipeline
- Acting as a multinational expert for our network partners, for example hosting global/regional conferences
- Steering network performance (Servicing Operating Entities) of Allianz companies and external network partners across accounts in the region through KPIs and data analytics, driving improvement alongside agreed SLAs. Escalating issues appropriately as needed.
- Driving a productive and positive culture throughout the network and implementing a diversified network partner strategy
- Managing and steering overrider activity, ensuring compliance at every level and throughout changes in regulations
- Acting as the pro-active central contact point for country specific knowledge and technical expertise, enabling our Multinational teams to be effective in Program Design and bids for tender

What You’ll Bring to the Role

You have a solid experience in trading Multinational programmes in France and are passionate about building strong multicultural relationships across international networks. You bring:

- Solid understanding of our insurance products, our Multinational value-chain and French regulations, ideally knowledge of additional relevant countries’ regulations
- An ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, ideally already being well positioned in the French market
- You are fully at ease and experienced working in an international and multicultural context
- At ease in a context of change and growth, you suggest improvements and collaborate with your colleagues to share best practice
- A keen interest in data and metrics, at ease using them to support your objectives
- Bilingual French & English communication skills, in conversation, writing and at events
