The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer quotes, accurate processing of customer orders, complaints, credits notes, invoice management and dispute resolution. This role will deliver an enhanced customer experience through excellent customer communication, effective resolution of customer issues and a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with Operations, support departments to enhance customer experience as well as HBDC EMEA Commercial Ops’ strategic and operational goals to achieve our revenue goals.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Resolve customers issues and enquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures demonstrating excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice management & dispute resolution working in close collaboration with Accounts Receivable.
- Demonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues and responding to order status enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team up with other functions such as Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, Tech Service to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction.

Vous travaillez en partenariat avec les Opérations, les départements de support pour améliorer l'expérience client ainsi que les objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels de HBDC EMEA Commercial Ops afin d'atteindre nos objectifs de revenus.

**Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de**:

- Résoudre les problèmes et les demandes des clients, en maintenant un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Vous serez chargé(e) d'assurer le suivi des commandes des clients conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux procédures opérationnelles standard, en faisant preuve d'excellentes compétences en matière de saisie de données afin d'assurer une révision rapide et précise des dossiers.
- Assurer la gestion des factures et la résolution des litiges dans les délais et avec précision en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le service comptabilité clients.
- Vous vous engagez à résoudre les problèmes des clients et à répondre aux demandes de renseignements sur l'état des commandes, afin d'assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Vous travaillez en collaboration avec d'autres fonctions telles que la planification de la demande, la logistique, la finance, le service technique, afin de maintenir une forte collaboration orientée vers le maintien ou l'amélioration de la satisfaction des clients.
