**Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Store manager (F/H) pour une marque de soin premium qui propose des soins pour le visage, le corps, et les cheveux en CDI 35h.**

**Anglais + Expérience en cosmétique**

Votre rôle est clef et vous assurerez les missions suivantes:

- Développement de la performance du flagship grâce à la bonne gestion des encaissements et au suivi des indicateurs clés : CA, panier moyen, taux de transformation, objectifs collectifs, etc.
- Dynamiser les ventes en veillant à maintenir un service client et une image du magasin irréprochable.
- Management de votre équipe dans le respect des valeurs
- Assurer la gestion du point de vente (RH, stocks ) et garantir les standards de qualité en termes d'image (présentation produits, merchandising et propreté du magasin).
- Veiller au respect des process.
