**Role Overview**:
As a chalet couple, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of one of our chalets: delivering high standards in hosting, cooking, cleanliness, and service with care, sustainably and consistently. You’ll work closely together to create a warm, welcoming space, helping guests have an experience they will return for.

**Chalet Chef Responsibilities**:
The chef is responsible for the production of remarkable food from our set menu. Cooking for 10+ guests would suit an experienced cook/chef with a real passion for food.
- Follow our tried-and-tested menus with consistency for maximising your mountain time.
- Prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.
- Work cleanly, efficiently, meeting dietary requirements with care.
- Keep kitchen areas legally hygienic and well-managed.

**Chalet Manager / Host Responsibilities**:
Our service is repeatedly mentioned in guest feedback and is one of the main reasons guests book and re-book with us. From a team side point of view, it provides huge job satisfaction to offer service at this level. Once guests arrive at your chalet, you have the primary responsibility for the success of their holiday. The role includes but is not limited to the front of house service, housekeeping, budgeting, coordinating maintenance, health/ safety and product checks etc.
- Lead the guest experience: welcoming, hosting, problem-solving, and checking in with guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure chalet cleanliness to a high standard, with attention to detail.
- Handle transfer days smoothly and take responsibility for maintaining chalet standards day to day.
- Coordinate logistics such as supplies and guest communications.

**Timetable**:
Arrive at 7:15 at your chalet to prepare breakfast and serve in a timely manner to allow our guests to have maximum ski time.

The chef then prepares and afternoon tea cake as well as mis en place for evening service before leaving the kitchen cleaned down and departing the chalet for the morning. The departure time becomes earlier the more routine your role becomes for you.

Chalet manager/host will clear away breakfast, set up afternoon tea and reset the chalet and guest rooms. The departure time becoming earlier the more routine your role becomes for you.

Return to the chalet at around 17:30 (17:00 if you have an earlier dinner service planned with your guests) with a positive attitude and be ready to deliver a 6/5 evening service

Chef and host to work as a team to ensure that the chalet is reset and complete in time for new guest arrivals on transfer day.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, one winter seasons experience working in a catered chalet
- UK driving licence and over the age of 21 for insurance reasons

We’re looking for a practical, proactive team members/couple to join us in Morzine this winter in a varied role that supports our chalets and team. You’ll wear a few hats — from airport transfers to snow clearing to cot delivery. This role is for someone who feels fulfilled by being relied on, thinking ahead, and solving problems without needing to be asked. You are the guest’s first impression of the company when you pick them up at the airport and their last impression when you drop them off.

**Role Overview**:
This is a hands-on, independent position for someone who likes a bit of everything. You’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our chalets and support our hosts with practical jobs. One of the roles (Le Meunier driver) involves helping the team with the daily running of the chalet, while the other (Atelier driver) take the lead with maintenance.

The allocation of time spent in the roles varies from week to week however, overall could roughly be accounted as 50% driving, 20% hosting (for Le Meunier driver), 20% minor maintenance and 10% assisting the resort manager.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Driving: Provide guest transfers to/from Geneva and in-resort slope runs, with a professional, safety-first approach.
- Logistics: Coordinate supplies (including food, linen, and firewood) and deliver them to chalets efficiently.
- Maintenance: Carry out basic repairs (e.g. loose fixtures, blocked drains, appliances), escalate technical issues, and keep chalets running smoothly.
