**Your role**
- Work with Sales and Technical Account Manager / Engineering Project Lead / Technical Manager to analyze incoming customer requirements and capture their technical requirements
- Understand customer specifications, distribute information within the pursuit team and assure understanding within the team
- Coordinate needs analysis based on customer, Aptiv’s and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate development of technical concept for new quotes
- Map customer specification to Aptiv’s roadmaps in order to provide the customer with a common and cost-optimized offer
- Influence customer product direction by understanding and representing Aptiv’s product roadmap
- Consult with the customer for quotation and realization of new products, designs and concepts
- Conduct consultations and workshops with customers to evaluate the realization of new products, designs and concepts.
- Define and implement the communication interfaces to all related competencies such as Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Sales and Business Management
- Manage communication within the pursuit team
- Coordinate the creation of a cost optimized bill of materials (BOM) and estimation of development costs (EFIT) for the various phases in the bidding process such as Pre-Engagement, RFI, or RFQ
- Lead the Flow 3 to Flow 4 Transition Event for the won programs
- Ensure the implementation and execution of the Flow 3 EOS
**Your Background**
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Sales, Technical Manager / Engineering Project Leader, and third-party suppliers) to effectively develop pursuit strategy
- Ability to lead from the front and be an example to the quote team
- Leadership to continuously improve performance leveraging global quoting best practices and local market knowledge
- Proven experience managing a variety of tasks and ensuring all employees responsible are empowered with E2E accountability
