Southwest Logistics and Data Specialist

We are looking for a motivated **Logistics and Data Specialist**for the Southwest Region (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands) to help enhance our operational performance and deliver the best possible service to our customers across the region.
In this role, you will be a key enabler of decision-making, providing valuable business clarifications and deep data analysis to contribute to improvements in service, quality, and cost. You will have a central position in tracking and optimizing the operational performance.
**Activities and responsibilities**:
Lead Southwest region daily/weekly/Monthly performance management, tracking and optimization. Initiate and pilot flow optimization and development initiatives for the area founded in detailed analysis backbone Provide strong data analytics to support optimization and improvement projects for all stakeholders Support tender and benchmark process Deliver structure insights within all logistics categories upon requirements Manage and coordinate logistics projects from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring delivery on time and alignment with strategic objectives
You will work closely with Market & Commercial Logistics team, GOF, SPL, Sales, Customers, and Logistics Service Providers to create effective logistics solutions and flows.
You have at least two years of relevant professional experience and the motivation to further develop your skills within VELUX, where high-potential individuals have the opportunity to grow and take on greater responsibilities.
The working environment is English-speaking, requiring fluency in both written and spoken English.
