**ABOUT THIS JOB**

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Payroll tasks for the NielsenIQ entities in France, based out of the Bezons Office.
You will be part of the NielsenIQ Global Payroll COE Team working closely with HR and Finance colleagues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carrying out full-scale payroll tasks, cafeteria benefit administration, holiday tracking
- Knowledge of different employment methods, preparation of reports
- Fulfillment of monthly and annual tax obligations
- Social Security data provision
- Administration related to the establishment and termination of employment
- Issuance of employer and other certificates
- Keeping labor records
- Processing working time data for monthly payroll
- Prepare monthly reports to management
- Labor statistics

**Qualifications**:

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Payroll, social security and labor law related degree with a minimum of **3-5 years of payroll and benefits processing experience**:

- Experience with processing payroll for approx. **700 employees**:

- You possess good knowledge of local laws and regulations
- Experience of ADP Decidum is advantageous
- ** You are comfortable in English and fluent in French**:

- Able to work independently with an eye for details
- Open to change and able to recommend process improvements
- Ability to engage business leaders and make recommendations to resolve issues related to employee
