**Your journey in two stages**:

- **Stage 1**: You’ll learn everything about our products, processes, and customers while supporting the sales team in managing international operations.
- **Stage 2**: You’ll step up as a **Sales Representative**, generating business in different countries and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

**Functions**

**1. Supporting the Sales Team**:

- Provide daily assistance to sales representatives by sharing key insights from SAP, customer feedback, and internal updates.
- Anticipate and coordinate internal requests with departments such as Customer Service, Sales Controlling, Administration, and Logistics.
- Manage product sample requests and monitor general inquiries from website accounts, identifying potential leads and directing them to the appropriate sales contact.
- Handle technical requests for the Regulatory team via Salesforce.

**2. Customer Support**:

- Respond to general inquiries and share technical documentation, product presentations, and analysis bulletins.
- Coordinate special labeling or sealing requirements for specific orders with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
- Request and process official documentation for product registration in various countries, including legalization through Chambers of Commerce, Ministries, and Embassies.

**3. Cross-Departmental and Subsidiary Support**:

- Collaborate with various Tolsa departments and subsidiaries to confirm sales conditions, pricing, and production requirements.

**Education**: Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field

**Languages**: Fluent English is essential

**Experience**: Around 2 years of professional experience

**Skills**: Proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn
