You will be a vital member of the procurement and logistics team within the ELSP HUB Central Europe, Chassieu Site, in France. Reporting to the ELSP HUB Central Europe P&L Manager, you will take ownership of financial targets, designing / implementing programs and processes to assist in meeting them.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing Procurement & Logistics (PL) strategies with a focus on reducing costs, and increasing quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for PCBAs.
- Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) processes, implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with Division strategy, and ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.
- Track procurement activities, cost and savings forecasts to ensure business profitability.
- Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions to ensure high performance, defining proper breakdown cost model for each item family.
- Monitor accuracy of own area of responsibility process in term of compliance to the group guidelines, identify risks in accordance with group guidelines.
- Identify new sources, develop and maintain suppliers classification in line with Division category P&L directives and guidelines.
- Ensure supplier compliance data collection within ABB global/local process (Reach, ROHS, WEEE, conflict mineral, country of origin, )

**Your background**:

- A master’s degree in supply management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in complex Purchasing organization, working as Category leader or Category specialist.
- Demonstrated experience in lead teams across functions / countries.
- Sound knowledge of PCBAs and PCBAs market components.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
