**We are hiring: Flagship Store Manager - Luxury Furniture (Cannes, France)**
Our client - Minotti Cannes - is looking for an experienced **Flagship** **Store Manager** to lead their flagship showroom on the **French Riviera**.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone already working in the luxury furniture, lighting, or interiors segment and looking to **relocate to** **Cannes** for a leadership role that combines lifestyle, design, and strategic responsibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations of the flagship showroom;
- Lead and develop a team of sales and design professionals;
- Deliver exceptional service to private and B2B clients (designers, architects, developers);
- Oversee showroom layout, product presentation, and commercial performance;
- Liaise with international premium brands and report to HQ.
**We’re looking for**:
- 5+ years of experience managing a high-end furniture or lighting showroom;
- Strong leadership and team-building skills;
- Excellent client relationship and B2B sales experience;
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
