**Description du poste**:
In this role, you should be able to take requirements, solve and analyze incidences and work on customers onboardings. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. Your goal will be to work with customer success and product teams to deploy and improve our software.

**Main assignments**
- Easilys Level 2 ticket processing

Analyze customer requests and find solutions

Develop queries, programs, interfaces or output using the appropriate languages defined by Mapal

Comply with the norms and standards defined by Mapal
- Integration

Implementing configuration and automation tools to simplify the deployment process

Installation of standard integrations

Modification of interface parameters

Troubleshooting of bugs

Analysis of bugs for transmission to the Level 3 integration team
- Data

Develop queries, programs, interfaces or output using the appropriate languages defined by Mapal (API)
- Product knowledge

In-depth knowledge of the product data structure
- Team relationships

Frequent contact with the TechOps Analyst team, Level 1 customer support team, Onboarding and CSM

Occasional contact with technical teams (Integration, Infra)

**Profil recherché**:

- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, SOAP) and familiarity with the BI ETL platforms like PDI (Pentaho data integration)
- Experience with databases SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Experience in building Python scripts
- Experience working on Azure
- English and French mandatory, Spanish recommended
