Manager, Products & Solutions

Overview

The role will focus on growing and developing Mastercard’s Merchant Digital Solutions in France by closely working with account managers and business development teams to deepen the cooperation Mastercard has with existing and new customers by tapping into new opportunities and finding new partners to grow and diversify our business. The Products & Solutions Manager will coordinate all product related activities, drive stakeholder engagement and will oversee all Click to Pay and Secure Credential activities in the French market.

Role

In this client-facing position, you will:

- work together with the Account Manager and the Business Development team in France to present Mastercard Merchant products, including working with prospects on gap analysis and development of appropriate solution
- Evaluates business cases, new business models, agreements and partnerships to improve solution's footprint and competitiveness
- Leads market analysis and recommends ways to leverage market analysis to inform product and go-to-market strategies
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
- Take responsibility for driving new product revenue
- Create management presentation and view of the development status
- Partner with regional business development head and other stakeholders in the region to identify business opportunities, shortlist and select qualified prospects and deliver sales targets

All About You
- Have extensive experience executing business development across different payment types, technologies, and customer segments
- Have experience executing strategies into clear action plans
- Have excellent Relationship Management skills
- Have experience managing senior-level relationship
- Knowledge of Merchant/PSP/Acquirer Payment Solutions

Experiences and other requirements
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a highly cross-functional environment
- High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously; “can do” attitude; strong customer and results orientation.
- Proven experience managing senior level relationship
- Fluency in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of card payment and/or Mastercard payment solutions is a plus
- Master degree /Engineering or Business School /MBA
