The company has successfully grown to annual revenues of over € 14m, with a team of over 20 professionals. o2switch has a very ambitious organic growth ambition. o2switch joined Your.Online in 2022 as part of an ambitious Buy and Build strategy for the French market. O2Switch has the ambition to further grow organically in France and other European countries by means of starting greenfield operations.

Within its strategy, Your.Online has a focus on entrepreneurship whereby (local) management is responsible for the performance per customer segment, within jointly established frameworks.

**Team**

Currently, o2Switch employs an financial controller (comptable) and the company receives support for its finance function from colleagues within the group. In the future, the full finance function needs to be run standalone within o2Switch by the finance manager, the [assistant] financial controller. You will report to the Managing Director, and the financial controller will report to you. As a team, you will further professionalise the finance function of o2Switch. Also, you will have a direct link with Group Finance and Group Business Development from the Holding in the Netherlands.

**Responsibilities**

Your core responsibilities are:

- Responsible for the full Finance function (systems, processes and people) of O2Switch and it’s foreign subsidiary
- Develop business plans, budgets and forecast
- Monitor / control budget/forecasts
- Develop business cases for national and international organic expansion.
- Improve Financial and non-Financial (Customer/ESG/Tech) Reporting
- Managing tax, legal and insurance, and point of contact for external advisors
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and drive professionalisation of both the finance function and entire organisation
- Linking pin between o2switch and Group Finance / Group Business Development in the Netherlands

**Requirements**:
You recognize yourself in the following:

- Fluent in French and English
- Self-starting team player, eager and having a hands-on attitude, supports CEO
- Positive and pragmatic mindset, a problem solver that thinks in solutions
- Background in Transaction Services (due diligence), Corporate Finance or Audit
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (end responsible for Finance)
- Excellent Excel and PPT skills (or similar), PowerBI is a pre
- Masters in accounting/finance
- Pré: Experiences with IT/hosting sector/SaaS and/or subscription based revenue models
