Carrier is seeking an highly motivated business leader with experience in both operational delivery and cost management. This new role is focussed on improving the level of subcontracting management across EMEA from both a execution and cost control perspective. The role will also be responsible for strategically expanding our subcon network to proactively meet our business growth and needs. The role will be responsible for all aspects of subcon management across EMEA, this includes the operational activities of safety mgt, onboarding, quality and cost controls. The role is also responsible for defining and establishing a clear strategic path to leverage subcontractors as a competitive advantage for our operating model.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the leading the all aspects of subcontracting activity across EMEA
- These include EH&S, Field Quality and Cost control
- The role will also focus on building Subcontracting as a strategic and competitive advantage as part of our delivery model in all markets

**Role Purpose**:

- Ensure we have a strategic level view to maximize the value of subcontractors for our business needs both today and proactively for the future
- Ensure we are well organized to manage and control subcon activity to support the delivery of our business goals
- Ensure we develop and create smart, innovative ways to leverage subcontractors to support the delivery of our LRP objectives.
- Build clear metrics and KPI’s to measure, track and improve performance levels in all key areas

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Ability to demonstrate good commercial and operational awareness in both service and project environments
- Experience in managing and negotiating contracts
- Proven record in optimizing costs, while improving quality through effective management
- Fluent in English
