**Job Description**:
You’ll be part of the Business Analyst Team for the Account Management Service and will be **a key part of defining our set up and growth in France and across Europe**.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:

- Responsible for the conceptual development of the Account Management Service as well as the associated IT systems
- Owning expertise area(s) within the Account Management Service Team and facilitating continuous service and product enhancements
- Driving and supporting development initiatives in the value stream, gather requirements, and propose solutions to best support the customer and business needs
- Optimizing processes in a customer friendly way to maximize customer and business value
- Working alongside agile development teams, Product and Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders
- Supporting Solution and Proposition Manager in market dialogue and customer cases

Your qualifications include
- Extensive experience from the banking, card or payments services sector, preferably from Issuer or processing
- +5 years Business Analysis and/or Product management and - development experience within the European market
- Knowledge in one of the following areas will be considered as an advantage: Authorisation, Clearing and Settlement, Scheme Compliance
- Experience in working on customer cases and from sales dialogues
- You have excellent communications skills, verbally and in writing in English - French is considered as an advantage
- Experience and proof points on delivering in a high-stress situation

In terms of personal qualities, you have gravitas and presence, you are action-oriented and pragmatic and come with a curious, ambitious and positive mindset. You have a strong commercial mindset and understanding of customer needs and what drives excellent customer experience.
