**| SUMMARY**
The Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Operations Manager of the branch, to ensure the proper execution of the specifications and the expected quality of service.
**| RESPONSIBILITIES**
As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- **Supervising all branch daily operations by**:
- Being in constant support of the team;
- Solving problems independently and ensuring good continuity of operations;
- Handling customer complaints and feedback.
- **Managing the liaison and relationship with the represented consulate / embassy when the Operations Manager is absent ;**
- **Guaranteeing the performances of the employees by**:
- Monitoring and communicating operational key performance indicators;
- Preparing and leading team meetings;
- Guaranteeing the good organization of the teams in order to optimize operational efficiency;
- **Ensuring the well-being of operational teams**:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager any issues that may affect employees.

As an Operations Supervisor, you need to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Ability to make operational decisions;
- You have to be fluent in **Arabic, English & German** (written - spoken) ;
