**Within the Global Social Media & Digital Marketing team, the Social Media and Influencer Assistant will support the Social Media and Paid Media team in their tasks**:

- Participate in the logístical organization of events (e.g. Fashion Week)
- Manage stock and product orders
- Prepare and send giftings
- Support the sample management: Liaise with the prototype, VIP and PR teams to assist with the search and reservation of samples and track shipments and returns
- Assist in following up on castings (managing the master WW influencer casting list, integration on the platform, etc.) as well as supporting documents
- Manage campaigns on the influencer platform used within the team
- Coordinate in the creation and follow-up of reporting documents intended for top management and market
- Daily monitore social media and assistance in sourcing new talents for collaborations
- Support the elaboration of the social media calendar and postings
- Support the Paid Media Manager in the coordination and set-up of media campaigns and partner activations

**These tasks will allow you to develop the following skills**:

- Managing various projects, direct contact with regional offices of the House, the Marketing/Digital departments, and external service providers.
- Gaining insight into the operations of a large luxury company on an international scale within a very dynamic department.
- Project follow-up with two (project) managers and the department head on a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge of digital communication professions and international influencers.
- 6-months internship, starting as soon as possible._

**Profil**:
You are pursuing a Master’s level education in a Business School or an equivalent program.

You are organized, versatile, detail-oriented, and open-minded. You are looking for a challenging experience in a prestigious House where you will be given responsibilities.

You have an analytical mindset and are proficient in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

You are interested in the world of international influencers.

You are comfortable with digital platforms and social media. You follow profiles related to the House.

Fluent English and French (both spoken and written) are essential.
