At **Work With Island**, we’re all about pushing the boundaries of product performance—whether it’s **securing our supply chain, improving product features, or reducing after-sales issues**.

As part of a **team of four**, you’ll work **directly under the guidance of Tatiana, our Product Performance Manager**. Your role? **Make sure everything runs smoothly, from** **sourcing to production **

**Your mission?**
**Boost product performance** by improving supply reliability, enhancing features, and reducing after-sales issues.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Monitor and update** the demand planning
- **Secure and negotiate** our Bill of Materials (BOM)
- **Source new suppliers** and components
- **Manage purchases** according to forecasts and demand plans
- **Lead product evolutions** with factories (development, traceability, planning, communication)
- **Evaluate product performance** through KPIs (after-sales rate, client satisfaction, non-conformity rate at km0)
- **Identify and implement corrective actions** with factories, carriers, fitters, and product engineers
- **Ensure product conformity** to specifications across all factories

**Preferred experience**:

- **Engineering degree** (Industrial, Mechanical, Method, or similar)
- **3+ years of experience** in **supply chain management** and **project management**:

- **Strong understanding**

of **manufacturing processes** and the **challenges of a physical product**
